Assignment (DMAIC-report):
Each course participant must complete a project to pass the course. The project must be completed using the DMAIC model (which is taught in the course). More information about the implementation is described in the introductory parts when the course participant starts the course.
Time required is estimated to be 10 to 40 hours.
SigmaToolkit
The Analysis tool is included throughout the course. Using SigmaToolkit, you can analyze your data and create graphs. The results are presented in a simple way, and if necessary, the built-in AI Interpretation can be used to explain both the results and the next steps.
The tool is designed to give you, as a course participant, the best possible conditions, and for Six Sigma Green-Belt, we include 1 year access, free of charge!

Course leader
Daniel Jonsson runs the company Analysverkstan and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of quality. Daniel has a degree in production development and a postgraduate degree in quality technology and Six Sigma (Black-Belt).
Today, the company has around 100 corporate customers and several hundred course participants who complete various training courses on the digital portal.
The company started in 2014 with digital training in the area of quality. Since then, we have added services and can now offer a complete solution for our customers. However, the digital platform is a fundamental building block of the business and something that we are constantly developing.

Built-in forms
We work continuously with built-in questionnaires that aim to make smaller but continuous checks to ensure the course participant's level of knowledge. Some courses also include questions linked to exercises that the course participant must complete in order to be able to answer the questions.
Assignment
The Six Sigma Green-Belt training package also includes that the course participant must carry out a project according to the DMAIC project model and we use this report as a basis for approval.
1-on-1 teacher support
We have built a bookable teacher support directly into the system. This means that the course participant can book a direct meeting with the course leader where the focus is on the course participant's questions. 1-hour individual support is included, which is significantly more than what you can expect in a traditional training.

In connection with registration, the course participant receives login details and instructions on how the training portal works. With the help of these details, the course participant can log in and start their course. The courses are 100% digital with pre-recorded material, which means that you can determine a pace that suits you. The portal also offers the opportunity to book a support meeting, directly with the course leader, where the focus is on your specific questions.
In a teacher-led course, the course leader must decide on a certain pace. This pace will probably suit the majority of the class, but there are always those who think it is too slow or, worse, too fast. In a digital training with pre-recorded material, you, as a course participant, decide how quickly the different parts should be completed, how many times you should repeat an exercise, or watch a video.
In addition, you have access to the course material for a long time, which increases your flexibility in implementation.
Other advantages are that the cost is lower and that you avoid travel and accommodation costs.
Some are wondering about the teacher support in a digital education. Here at Analysverkstan, however, we have solved this by building a function directly into the course portal. Each education includes the opportunity to book a direct meeting (1-on-1) with the course leader.
At that meeting, we focus on your questions and your needs to achieve the diploma.
To ensure that the course can be completed by everyone and that the material is available for a sufficient time period to complete the training with the correct level of knowledge, we have taken into account both repetition and self-study. The total time to complete this training package is estimated to be 40 hours (active time in front of the computer).
However, for the Six Sigma Green-Belt training, we give the course participants access to the material for 130 days, starting from registration, which gives you plenty of time to plan and implement the different parts.
The time is also extended for the course participant to have time to prepare a DMAIC report, which is required to be approved.
When the course period expires, the training will disappear from your account. However, you can rest assured that all data and progress will remain. The time can always be extended if necessary, and if we see that the course participant has been active but for some reason needs more time, we will extend the period free of charge. If additional time is needed after that, it will cost 50% of the regular price.
Yes, when you have completed all the sub-courses in the training and submitted and had your training project approved, you will be able to unlock your Six Sigma Green-Belt diploma from Analysverkstan.
Of course! All course materials found under the ”Material” tab in the training portal may be used freely during and after the training. However, we do not have support for the templates, so we recommend that you make a copy of them before you change anything :)
However, videos, texts, and images found in the lessons themselves may not be copied or distributed.
We have created a feature that makes it possible for each course participant to book the course leader on a day and time that suits them. When a time is booked, a video meeting is created where the course participant and the course leader meet, and the focus is then on the questions that the course participant has. 1-hour individual support is included in the training.
If you only have a question and do not feel a video meeting is necessary, you can send an email or contact the course leader by phone. We prioritize our course participants and work to provide fast and accurate support when the need arises.
Yes, your account is personal and may not be shared with others. If there are several of you who want to complete the training, we have a fixed quantity discount to offer.
Absolutely! If you are several participants from the same company, the following applies:
Quantity discount: 10% for 4 to 7 participants, 20% for 8 to 11 participants, and 30% over 11 participants. This is automatically adjusted in the shopping cart and on the checkout page.
