How to fill in the form
- Fill in your name (first name, last name and e-mail).
- In step two, we have divided the courses into course packages and separate courses. Select the course(s) you want to complete.
- For orders outside Sweden, we need additional information to manage the taxes correctly. Fill in the required company information.
- The next step is to register all course participants. use one row per participant by entering first name, last name and e-mail. If you have selected more than one course, please provide who will participate in each course.
- Next step is optional information that you might need on the invoice.
- The last part is a possibility for you ta choose another e-mail for the PDF invoice. If this is left blank, we will send the invoice to the stated e-mail on the first part of the form.

The invoice has a payment term of 30 days net after the order date.
