Terms of purchase regarding digital (online) courses
In connection with the purchase of a digital course from Analysverkstan, a personal education portal is registered. This portal is necessary to be able to carry out the digital course. In the portal, personal data is collected according to the business privacy policy. The personal account will be active until you personally change the information in the account or you notify us that the account should be deleted.
Deletion of the account means that the personal data is deleted but also that educational data such as course certificates are deleted.

Cancellation conditions regarding digital (online) courses
As a private person, you have a 14-day right of cancellation (the Distance Contracts Act), which means that you will get all your money back if you cancel your purchase within this time. The cancellation period begins on the day you entered into the agreement in connection with completing the order in Analysverkstan AB's webshop, or from the time you received order confirmation from Analysverkstan AB. However, electronic training that has begun cannot use the right of withdrawal regardless of how many days have passed since the order was placed.
Rebooking conditions regarding digital (online) courses
If the training has not started, rebooking or cancellation can take place in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. As a private person, this means that you can rebook or cancel the training within 14 days of receiving order confirmation from Analysverkstan AB.
A started electronic education cannot be rebooked.
