Questions concerning the digital courses

We have divided the course portal and the website into two separate pages. All courses have been moved to a separate website where we only have training courses. We have done this in order to be able to offer the best and most optimized educational portal available. In connection with your purchase of the course, you should have received an email with links to the new portal. If you cannot find this email, please contact us and you will receive the link to the course portal.

The most likely reason why the course is no longer visible in your account is that the access time has expired. All courses are time-limited, as shown in the course descriptions. If it is due to this, the participant must have received a reminder email that the course time is about to end in good time before the course disappears from the account.

If the above is the reason why the course is gone, there are simple solutions. We know that things can happen that mean that the training cannot always be completed on time. If this is the case, we ask you to contact Analysverkstan and we will help you get started for a limited period of time completely free of charge. Please note that we only perform this free of charge once, so it is important to plan its implementation.

If the reason is not the time limit, please contact us. 

1) In the first option, we use the order form. In these cases, all course participants will be registered by us completely manually after the order. Note! If the order comes from abroad (not within Sweden) then this form should be used instead.

2) In the second option, you order the course and pay by credit card. The person making the purchase will then register their account (an account) in connection with the payment and that person will then have direct access to the course material. Other participants will be registered by us manually. These people will receive more information from us after completing the order. Anyone who registers a purchase for several course participants will receive a separate email after the decision where we ask for the first name, last name and e-mail addresses of everyone who will take the course.

Newsletter is our newsletter, which is sent out once a month as standard. It is free to subscribe to Verkstadsbladet and you decide yourself how long you want to be a subscriber. The Verkstadsbladet is about quality technology, digitization and skills development.
