FAQ:
Data is typed or pasted from, for example, Excel, and then the desired analysis(s) are performed. The user chooses whether the analysis results should be sent to the analysis report and then the report can be downloaded as a PDF file. Your data is not stored, and the user will not be able to save the work. SigmaToolkit is created and intended to be used as an analysis tool when the need arises:
- Copy --> Paste --> Analyze --> Make a decision –
The tool does not have its own database, and no data is saved. When you enter data into the tool, the internal memory of the browser is used. Your data will therefore only be available to you during the period you are conducting the analyses.
A user license means that the license you purchase can be used by one person. An account with a name and password is created for this user. If the company needs multiple people to have access to the tool, one license per user should be purchased.
No, you don't need to do anything. For the course Statistics Package 1, Capability & Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma Yellow-Belt, the tool and associated training are included for the entire course duration. If you purchase the course Six Sigma Green-Belt, a 12-month license of the tool and the digital course is included. If you want to use the tool after that or as a standalone tool without training, you purchase this user license.
When the license expires, access will automatically be lost. You will then receive a message indicating this. If you want to continue using the tool, you will need to purchase a new license. NOTE! We renew inte licensen automatiskt.
We will continue to work on the tool, and you will see in the tool, under the history, what we have worked on and what we have added or improved. All changes that occur are included in your license, and no additional costs are incurred.
