The course gives you a good insight into the concept and a detailed description of all phases of the project model. We start with history and the development of the concept, mix theoretical information with practical examples that you can use in your business!
Six Sigma is a result oriented concept for business development
There are lots of examples from different industries where the concept has contributed to large savings, increased customer satisfaction and more business. If you want to streamline your business, knowledge within this concept is valuable.
What is included in the course?
This course is created to give the course participant basic knowledge within the Six-Sigma concept as well as a detailed insight into all phases of the DMAIC model.
The course consists of videos, pictures and associated text where we go through the different parts of the concept and its possibilities. For the course, there is downloadable material such as audience copies, templates and tips that will help you further. The level of knowledge is frequently checked with the help of built-in questionnaires.
The course participant can complete this course as a separate education or as part of a larger course package, for example Yellow-Belt or Green-Belt.

The concept as a whole is also based on the organization's commitment to improvement work and education such as this provides the conditions for creating consensus within the company.
If you want to develop in the area and work as an improvement leader, like a Yellow-Belt or Green-Belt, the basic knowledge is necessary.
