Our digital courses
We start with some brief information about the format of this education. This is a digital course with pre-recorded material. This means that you can complete this course whenever you want and wherever you are if you have access to an internet connection. The advantages of a digital course are several. You decide the pace yourself and can pause and repeat sections if necessary. Your level of knowledge is continuously verified with built-in questionnaires.
The course includes downloadable material that will help you during and after the course implementation. In most courses, there are also exercises that we first go through and which you can then repeat as needed.

Course blocks contribute to flexibility
The Green-Belt package contains several separate courses. Together, these courses create the level of knowledge that enables the course participant to be certified as a Green-Belt and to be able to work effectively with methods and tools in Six Sigma.
Below you can read about the respective sub-courses that are included in the Green-Belt training. Many of these courses can also be purchased as separate courses, but to reach the "Green-Belt" level, this course package must be selected.

Six Sigma Basic Course & The DMAIC Model
The Six Sigma concept was created in the early 1980s and has since been used to effectively eliminate serious disruptions in operations. The concept, which was initially focused on the manufacturing industry, is now widespread within various industries. Six Sigma is a results-oriented concept with a clear structure, defined roles, and levels of knowledge.
The work within Six Sigma is conducted in project form and with clear leadership. In Six Sigma projects, the popular DMAIC model is used, and in this training, we build up a detailed insight into all phases of the model.
The Yellow-Belt training starts with this course as it is important to build up a basic understanding of the concept.
The course includes downloadable material such as handouts, templates, and tips to help you further. The level of knowledge is checked frequently using built-in questionnaires.

Root Cause Analysis Course Package 1
The purpose of Root Cause Analysis Course Package 1 is to provide knowledge within several basic tools that we know have a good effect. All methods are also easy to implement in the business, which means that you can invest today and improve efficiency already tomorrow! This training part consists of 4 methods that effectively help us find and determine the cause of a given problem.
The tools included in the training are 5W2H analysis, Ishikawa diagram (Cause-Effect Diagram), 5-Why, and 5QFZD (Five Questions For Zero Defects). These give the course participant a good foundation and the right conditions when it comes to finding the cause of a given problem.
In the Yellow-Belt training, we include this training package after the review of Six Sigma. This allows the course participant to understand at what stage the work with root cause analysis enters the process.

SIPOC
Although Six Sigma Yellow-Belt is about a basic understanding of the concept, we have chosen to build the course participant's competence when it comes to basic process mapping. We know that knowledge in this area provides better conditions for the participant. SIPOC is a simple tool that can bring great benefits to you and your workgroup.

Minitab Basic Course
Six Sigma is largely about the structure and fact-based decisions. To create facts about the data found in the business, statistical methods are used, and statistics become a natural part of the work. For those who work as "Green-Belt" or "Black-Belt" statistical knowledge is necessary. To facilitate the work with statistics, there are today many software’s that can help with calculations.
Minitab is a compact and simple statistical software, and we believe it is good to introduce the Six Sigma Yellow-Belt course participant to the software so that you feel well-prepared when you are given more statistical data to work with.

Well-planned course material
We always use different media to create interesting courses. As a course participant, you will receive information in several ways, for example through texts, images, and videos. Critical information will also be shared with multiple media outlets to ensure that everyone can access the information.
We have been using customer reviews since the year 2014 to adapt, improve and create content that is easy to absorb, and the customer reviews show a very good level.
Our e-learning courses are 100% online-based, which means that the course participant completes the course at his own pace, at any time of the day, and wherever he is. Pre-recorded material has many advantages but also places demand on the training company, something we focused a lot on.
The most common question we get in connection with a registration of interest is how the support works in cases where the course participant needs help. This is probably the biggest challenge when it comes to 100% digital education with pre-recorded material, as the course participant can complete the course at any time of the day.
In the system, however, we have built-in sections where the course participant can get in touch with the course leader. We have also published email addresses that the course participant can use, and should the course participant need direct contact, there is also a phone number.
When we ask course participants about their implementation, the answer is that support has been a major problem. Partly this is because we have a stable system, the courses have been built up with media that describe each part in a good way, and we prioritize the support cases that come in. The response time is something we get a response to, even in the reviews that you can read above.

The right level of knowledge
We work continuously with built-in questionnaires that aim to make smaller but continuous reconciliations to ensure the course participant's level of knowledge. Some courses also include questions linked to exercises that the course participant must complete to be able to answer the questions.
The Six Sigma Green-Belt training package also includes that the course participant must carry out a project according to the DMAIC project model and we use this report as a basis for approval.
One of the difficulties in creating an e-learning course (with only pre-recorded material) is ensuring the course participant's level of knowledge. It places great demands on the educational company to check and verify the technical solutions in the system.
Among other things, we have the option of making settings in the questionnaires where we determine how many correct answers are required to unlock the next lesson, or how many times a test can be repeated. We can also regulate the time between retakes, which means that an hour or so may have to pass before a new attempt can be carried out. These technical solutions allow us to automate certain parts but also add manual handling to verify the course participant's knowledge levels.

Accessibility that suits everyone
In a teacher-led course, the course leader must decide on a certain pace. This pace will probably suit the masses but there are always those who think it's too slow or worse, too fast. In an e-learning course with pre-recorded material, you as a course participant decide how quickly the various parts should be completed, and how many times you should rehearse an exercise or watch a video.
To ensure that the course can be completed by everyone and that the material is available for a long enough time to finish the training with the right level of knowledge, we have increased both repetition and own studies. The total time to complete this training package has been calculated to be approximately 40 hours. For the Green-Belt training, however, we give the course participant access to the material for 130 days, starting from the date you enrolled, which gives you plenty of time to plan and implement the various parts.
The course package includes downloadable material in the form of data, exercises, and templates that the course participant can use to rehearse and maintain the knowledge and to introduce and use the knowledge.
